RadCat is a UK safety consultancy run by Dawn Kenyon, providing health and safety services to businesses across multiple sectors including construction, manufacturing, and logistics. Like most safety consultancies, the business was managing client compliance through a combination of spreadsheets, email chains, Word documents, and filing cabinets.
Risk assessments lived in one place, training records in another, audit schedules in a diary, and compliance documents scattered across shared drives. There was no central system, no automated reminders, and no easy way to see at a glance which clients were compliant and which needed attention.
Dawn needed a purpose-built platform that brought everything into one place — client management, risk assessments, audit tracking, training records, document storage, and a library of compliance templates and regulatory guidance. Something built specifically for how a safety consultancy actually operates day to day, not a generic CRM with safety features bolted on.
The core of SafetyHub360 is a purpose-built CRM for safety consultancies. Each client has a dedicated profile with contact details, site information, compliance status, and a full history of risk assessments, audits, and training records. Consultants can see at a glance which clients are fully compliant, which have items expiring, and which need immediate attention. No more digging through spreadsheets or email threads to find the latest version of a risk assessment.
We built digital risk assessment tools that allow consultants to create, assign, and track assessments for each client. Assessments are linked to the client record, categorised by type, and flagged when they're due for review. Audit scheduling works the same way — upcoming audits are visible in the dashboard, overdue items are highlighted, and completed audits are stored with full documentation attached. Everything is searchable, filterable, and exportable.
Training record management tracks which staff at each client site hold which qualifications, when they expire, and what needs renewing. Document storage allows consultants to upload and organise compliance documents, method statements, COSHH assessments, and safety policies against each client record. No more hunting through shared drives — everything is in one place, linked to the right client, and accessible from any device.
SafetyHub360 includes a resource library with compliance templates, risk assessment frameworks, checklists, and regulatory guidance organised by industry sector. This gives consultants a head start on every new client engagement and ensures consistency across the business. Templates can be customised per client and saved back to the library for reuse.
The public-facing website is fully SEO-optimised with SoftwareApplication schema, FAQ schema, and structured data targeting safety compliance software searches. Google Search Console and Analytics are set up to track signups and engagement. The platform was built for RadCat first, but the architecture supports multi-tenant commercial rollout — the long-term goal is to offer SafetyHub360 as a subscription-based platform for other safety consultancies across the UK.
