Custom WordPress Theme & Division Architecture

We designed and built a fully custom WordPress theme with dedicated pages for each of the five recruitment divisions — driving, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. Each division page features role listings, service breakdowns, and location-specific content targeting both the Bristol and Wigan markets. The design is professional, fast, and mobile-first, built to convert both candidates and clients.

Integrated Job Board with Google for Jobs

We built a fully integrated job board directly into WordPress using a custom post type — no third-party plugins, no iframes, no monthly fees. Each listing includes structured fields for salary, location, hours, division, and employment type. Every job automatically outputs Google JobPosting schema markup, so roles appear in Google Search and the Google for Jobs panel. Candidates can filter by division, location, and type, and apply directly through a Quick Apply form that feeds into the staff portal.

AI-Powered Chatbot

We implemented an AI chatbot that acts as a 24/7 recruitment assistant. It answers candidate questions about available roles, guides them through the registration process, explains compliance requirements, and routes enquiries to the correct division. For clients, it handles initial staffing enquiry qualification — capturing requirements, urgency, and contact details before a consultant follows up. The bot works around the clock, ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered even outside office hours, weekends, and bank holidays.

Staff Portal & Candidate Management

We built a secure, role-protected staff portal where consultants manage their entire candidate pipeline. The portal includes candidate profiles with compliance status tracking, document uploads (right to work, DBS, licences), competency assessments, timesheet submissions, and change-of-details forms. Applications from the job board feed directly into the portal, giving consultants a single system to manage everything — replacing JotForm, spreadsheets, and manual processes.

With two offices covering the entire UK, SEO had to work at both local and national level.
